Daily Supplement

Salam and good afternoon...

So, how's lunch? Any good?
Care to suggest me any delicious meal or restaurant that i should try?

I loves food. And love to try a new one. But since i lost my weight, i've been watching my calories intake closely. Well, do not want it to go uncontrolled like last time :)

Many who know me, or around me this past 4 years know how big i am before especially during my pregnancy. Well, i was huge. Yes i know and realized it. People may says it normal for a woman to increased weight during pregnancy, but to be big like you carry a twin is not normal, right? Hahaha. Both of my pregnancy, i kept getting a comment like i were carrying a twin, but it really just 1 baby inside me. And, my baby not so big ( both weight below 4 kgs), it me the whole time who having those fat around my body.

So, i was glad that i was able to shade all those fat. Aim to loose another 4kgs stubborn fat this year...
My total weight lost were 13kgs for 3 months. Then stagnant for 2 months. Hahaha.

Well, so now i've been calculating my calories intake. Do not want it to be overboard so much. Well, for someone who 💘 food so much, my intake usually on par with my requirements or extra a bit.

That's why, I filled the gap of vitamins requirements with supplement. It's not because i do not support natural elements/ natural food.

Wah, some people may said, so many supplement... Well, not much actually;
Olive and habatussauda before breakfast
Vit c after breakfast
Alfafa after lunch
Phytonatal after dinner
Ostematrix before sleep

Its simple....
So, do i eat it everyday? Not necessarily. But most of the time i do take them. If i forgot, nevermind. Its not a medicine, its just a supplement.

Shaklee

Salam and good morning....

Have you heard of shaklee? Sure many of you know this brand...
I just become a distributor on late January 2017 after consuming the product for 3 month...
Why suddenly?
I am sure, for one who know me, i am sucker for natural remedies....

Actually i was looking for a calcium supplement for such a longtime. Me who did not drink milk and not eaten much other calcium source (like brocoli, almond ect), find that a pills is a better way to add a calcium in my body.
Wow, why i need a calcium? How do you know your body need calcium?
Well, after 2 years breastfeed my first child, and pregnant with second, i find that  by body were giving signal of calcium deficiency. Leg cramp, body aches, brittle hair, heels crack, nail easily crack, and dry skin :(.
Before trying oste, already tried 2 other brand, no have no significant change. I love oste because not only have effect on bone, but also others, like easily pass stool early in the morning. Well, for a person like me, that was a good effect. Excellent actually. Alhamdulillah, thank you Allah. Now taking it every night before sleep.
Another product that i used before becoming a distributor was Vit c. I already received stock in my hand, but decided to delay taking it because have other brand that still not finished yet. At that time, i was having a flu, sore throat, coughing and on and off fever for already a month. I was taking vit c pills (not shaklee), oranges, honey (bee and keluluk) everyday. But still not getting better.
So i was asking for a tips to a Facebook friends. My shaklee supplier advised to take 2 or 3 pills per day. Other people said to eat honey, garlic, pineapple and so on. So went back home and looking at the shaklee vit c pills bottle, and said, "well, why don't i try eating this? Hm, if not ok, will giving it to my sister (because she looking for a supplement for skin)"
After try for 2 days, Alhamdulillah with Allah permission, my flu were gone...
And that's the day i decided to become shaklee distributor...

Grocery Shopping Tips

http://www.oprah.com/health/Tips-for-Healthy-Grocery-Shopping

5 Things You're Doing Wrong at the Grocery Store
Brian Wansink, PhD, is the Cornell University professor who coined the term "mindless eating" and did countless studies to prove that small shifts make a huge difference.

How To Eat 7 Percent Less Junk Food
What he found: You've heard that you shouldn't go shopping when you're hungry because you'll buy more food. Wansink has found that, in fact, when we are hungry, we buy the same amount of food but more cellophane-wrapped nibbles that can be opened with one hand and devoured in five seconds flat.
Because most people can't help but shop when they're hungry, Wansink decided to come up with a way to interrupt those urgent cravings. When he gave shoppers gum to chew at the start of their shopping trip, they bought 7 percent less junk food than those who weren't chewing gum and also rated themselves as less ravenous and less tempted by food.
What you should do: Make sure the gum is sugarless, because sugary gum (as well as hard candy) had the opposite effect and amped up the craving for sweets.

The Best Way to Stick to Your List
What he found: The rate at which we put items into the cart is highest at the beginning of the trip and lowest at the end, Wansink says. This is great if you start in the produce section (as many of us do) and then go directly to, say, the natural foods aisle. But what Wansink observed while tracking shoppers is that after leaving the fruits and vegetables section, most people then went into aisle 2, filling their carts with whatever they found—very often it was snacks and candy. Then they started jumping around the store to top off their nearly full cart.
What you should do: Shop the perimeter of the store first, where you'll encounter healthy options—dairy, meat, fish—when you're most likely to grab things.

How to Resist the Sample Table
What he found: When we asked Wansink, who's been analyzing people's shopping habits since 1995, what surprised him the most, he told us that he's constantly amazed by how flexible shoppers are. We all go into the store with certain healthy items in mind, and we all walk out with fattening stuff we don't really need. We're so much more susceptible to cues like advertising, sampling and packaging than we realize, he says.
What you should do: Use these cues to your advantage. Wansink says he found that people who take an apple from home and eat it on the way to the store end up subconsciously priming themselves to buy healthy food.

A Sneaky Way to Eat More Broccoli
What he found: Those dubious-looking sauces, dips and condiments sold next to the fresh fruit and veggies are the store's way of trying to get us to spend more money, says Wansink—and it's not necessarily a bad thing. He explains that we're more likely to buy food (healthy food included) when we can imagine exactly how we'll eat it. For many people, a head of broccoli or a bunch of carrots looks like "work." But if there's a jar of creamy blue cheese dressing next to it, it becomes crudité—a tasty after-work snack.
What you should do: Keep an eye on the ratio of junky-to-healthy food in you cart so that you don't end up with so much blue cheese that you start dipping potato chips in it.

How You Can Make Your Store Healthier
What he found: Shoppers overwhelmingly make better, healthier, less-fattening choices at stores that meet certain criteria, Wansink says. Those stores offer healthier foods in aisle 2; highlight seasonal produce; have at least one food-free checkout aisle; play relaxing music; have wider, more comfortable aisles to allow us to linger and read labels; have clean restrooms near the entrance (because we are more likely to make wise choices when we're not stressed or uncomfortable). You can find out if your favorite store is sneakily keeping you slim or making you fat by evaluating it against Wansink's checklist
What you should do: Wansink says that it can be easier than you think to boost your store's score. While shopping at his local market with his three young children, he found it impossible to avoid the treats near the registers. He asked coworkers to join him in requesting that the manager to provide at least one snack-free checkout. After the fifth or sixth person asked, the manager gave in. "People spend about $5,000 a year on groceries," Wansink points out. "That's a lot of money for a store to lose over something like candy placement."

Five Foods That Should Never Be In Your Grocery Cart
The items tossed in your grocery cart play a huge role in the health and well-being of your family. Here are 5 items that should never make it through the checkout line.

Simple Sugars or Carbs and Unhealthy Fats

Skip foods laden with simple sugars, also called simple carbohydrates. Sugary breakfast cereals, donuts, pastries, cookies, ice cream, cakes and soda are loaded with them. Often referred to as "empty calories," simple sugars are rapidly absorbed, spiking blood sugar levels for an initial energy high. This triggers an insulin reaction, driving levels back down and creating fatigue. You'll feel hungrier and crave even more sugar. Plus those rapidly absorbed extra calories are stored as fat, putting you at risk for obesity.
Make smart choices by selecting fiber-rich complex carbohydrates, including 100% whole grain bread, brown rice or steel-cut oats. Select whole foods such as fresh vegetables and lean meats. These all provide slow, sustained releases of energy for long-lasting fuel.  If you do crave something sweet, head for the produce aisle and pick out your favorite seasonal fruits such as pears, apples, or blueberries.
Processed sweets and goodies also contain saturated and trans fats that clog arteries and stunt weight loss. Instead purchase items rich in heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, like avocados and nuts.

Meats High in Nitrates and Saturated Fats
Processed meats such as cold cuts, bacon, sausages and hot dogs contain nitrates, chemical additives that preserve freshness. Nitrates have been linked to stomach cancer and other degenerative diseases. These fatty meat products are also full of unhealthy saturated fat that can raise levels of "bad" LDL cholesterol, a risk factor for heart disease and strokes.
Ditch preserved meats altogether or look for ones that are advertised as "nitrate-free." Buy meats low in saturated fats such as chicken and turkey or eat more fish, like salmon or tilapia, rich in healthy omega-3 fats. If you must have red meat, choose lean cuts like sirloin or tenderloin.

Ingredients You Can't Pronounce
Does ferrous sulfate, thiamine mononitrate or partially hydrogenated soybean oil sound appetizing to you? Follow this rule of thumb: if a food product is made of stuff you need a course in chemistry to comprehend or if you can't pronounce the first 5 ingredients, don't let it near your cart.
Stay focused on buying whole foods comprised of only one ingredient. Instead of snacking on neon-orange cheese curls, slice up some carrots or celery sticks. Invest in an air popper and enjoy fiber-rich popcorn. Make homemade veggie chips: cut up kale, thinly slice beets, sweet potatoes or yams, sprinkle them with herbs and a little olive oil and bake in the oven.
Fake Health Foods
Fake health foods are those deceptive foods, billing themselves as "low in fat", like certain cookies, salad dressings or yogurt brands. Look closely at their labels. To make up for flavor, these items are inevitably high in sugar or salt. Other tricky foods include packaged breads and crackers with labels stating "contains whole grains." This often translates into considerably less fiber than 100 percent whole grain products.
Again, choose real foods as much as possible. If it's a sweet tooth you need to satisfy, buy tasty dried fruits, such as apricots or mangos.

Canned Foods High in Sodium
Eighty percent of our sodium intake comes from processed and canned foods. In fact, many canned foods are so chock-full of salt, they contain half or more of your daily recommended intake. A diet high in sodium is dangerous since it can lead to high blood pressure.
Instead of buying canned soups, try making your own simple versions, like a healthy carrot soup or hearty lentil. If you don't have the time to cook, purchase canned soups low in sodium.
To lower your overall sodium intake, try seasoning foods with more herbs, both dried and fresh. You'll rely less on table salt for flavor.

Dr. Oz's Longevity Grocery List
Fill your cart and stock your shelves with nutrient-rich foods that can add years to your life. Start at the bottom (super important) and work your way to the top (very important) of Dr. Oz's food pyramid.

Note: Serving sizes should be about the size of your clenched fist, except for animal proteins, which should be about the size of a deck of cards.

Level 1: Vegetables, 4 servings a day
Jicama, Kale, Sweet Potatoes
Vegetables are the base of Dr. Oz's food pyramid, and the most important tool in fighting every major killer in America: heart disease, hypertension and cancer.

Jicama is a slightly sweet and crisp root vegetable that is high in potassium, which helps to reduce high blood pressure.

Kale is high in flavonoids, which kills off cancer cells.

Sweet potatoes are high in beta carotene, which helps to build heart-healthy vitamin A within the body. Microwave or steam vegetables with as little water as possible to retain the maximum amount of nutrients.

Level 2: Whole Grains, 6 servings a day
Teff, Amaranth, Millet
Whole grains are the next level up. Whole grains are high in fiber and necessary to colon health. Teff, amaranth and millet are whole grains popular in other parts of the world but now widely available in the US. These whole grains are high in protein. One key to longevity is getting more of your protein from plants instead of animal sources. They are also high in calcium, which helps to strengthen bones, and omega-3 fats which are critical to brain health. Millet is also a great source of B-complex vitamins.

Level 3: Fruits, 3 cups a day
Mango, Dates, Apples
Nearing the top of Dr. Oz's food pyramid are fruits, which pack an anti-aging one-two punch. The flesh of fruit contains vitamins and minerals, and the skin is loaded with powerful anti-agers due to a higher concentration of nutrients.
Mangoes help fight cancer and heart disease, and can attribute their beautiful color to beta carotene. As a result of the drying process, dried fruits like dates are high in antioxidants. They are also a great source of magnesium, which helps the body maintain normal muscle and nerve function, steady heart rhythm and strong bones; they are also good for blood pressure and blood sugar regulation.
The old saying still stands true. An apple a day may be the ultimate longevity MVP, loaded with fiber, antioxidants, folate and vitamin E to fight Alzheimer's; and a flavonoid called quercetin that protects the brain against the oxidative stress of daily life.
Level 4: Proteins, 3 servings a day
Trout, Tofu, Brazil nuts
Protein is an all-encompassing category that incudes meats, beans and nuts. Trout and tofu are high in omega-3 fats, which ensure normal brain function and lower the risk of dementia. Omega-3s are essential to brain health as they provide the building blocks for brain cell renewal. Brazil nuts contain selenium, an antioxidant that fights the free radical damage that can cause cancer.

Level 5: Dairy, 2 servings a day
Greek yogurt, Feta cheese, Buttermilk
Lastly, with the least amount of servings, is dairy, which is especially important for women. Dairy contains calcium and is fortified with vitamin D – Dr. Oz's number-one recommended supplement – to strengthen bones and fight against the onset of osteoporosis.

herbalife and me

Produk Herbalife ni dah sampai (dpt pd aku) agak lama... sejak 9/3/2011 lg... kiranye aku dah guna hampir2 sebulan......
frankly berat badan aku tak turun banyak pun..... tp still turun perlahan2. ukur lilit badan? well tak sempat nak ukur lagi.... dah cukup sebulan nanti, Insya-Allah aku update berat dan body measurement.

aku tayang gambar2 ni bukan nk promote. just nk share. dan berkngsi pendapat saje.....

yg ni lak F3. ada org amik, ada yg tak.... up to you la... tp aku amik ni coz aku nk loose weight more than 20kgs. dan tak mo la ada kulit2 yg mengelebeh ohkey..... yg ni pulak tea mix dia.... bagus amik tea mix ni. rasa pun okey. takde lah pahit sangat. mcm herbal tea kt chinese restaurant la.

aku pakai produk herbalife bukan sebab terUJA dgn konsep MLM nye.... aku tak endah pun... dan upline aku (Adieha) pun tak kisah pun.... aku pakai produk ni just for 1 reason. ada kawan2 yg aku kenal dah pakai produk ni dan terbukti berkeasan nye(pd diaorg la). jd aku nk try gak pd diri aku....

pd aku buat masa ni kesan nya amat baik dan agak memberangsangkan. hahahaha, nape kata mcm tu? sbb aku tak perlu berlapar tp still loose weight wpun perlahan2. aku still amik normal meal, tp sekali sahaja sehari. lg 2 kali tu aku replace dgn Herbalife shake. setakat ni okey. dakde pun lemah atau tak bertenaga (mcm yg dikata2 tu)..... elok je....

kalu korg tgh wat research nk pakai produk ni aku harap dapat membantu serba sedikit..... kalu nk tahu detail tolong research pada blog Adieha ye.....

oh, sebelum tu aku nk gak korang baca link Aidib Muadib ini supaya tak kerkezut katak pulak (macam aku) bila dah amik herbalife nanti. baca dan fikir2 kan secara rasional nye. aku dah amik produk herbalife, baru TERjumpa dgn blog dia ni dan baru baca.... fuh, cuak selama beberapa hari seh.....

then aku ada gak buat further bacaan pasal benda2 tu (kalu ikut sgt ckp Aidib ni pun sama gak kan aku jd bodoh as yg dia cakap tu sbb percaya dgn kata dia je, jd aku pun kena bace lebih2 cket lah), dan faham kan research tu serta baca KESELURUHAN journal tu (sebahagian journal boleh baca free wpun kite tak subscribe). dan buat konklusi sendiri. kenapa aku kata mcm ni, sbb badan ni tanggungjawab korang (hak yg di pinjam kan oleh Allah), jd tu tanggungjawab korang sendiri la untuk menjaga badan itu ye. tanggungjawab aku dah lepas kat sini. baca dan fikir, nak tanggung risiko ke? hahahaha.

kalu korg kata aku ni stupid sbb lepas baca tu masih continue amik herbalife, kita boleh sembang2 pasal tu lebih lanjut dan aku akan terangkan reason aku one by one.... well aku ni tak le pandai mcm Aidid Muadib tu kan. wat research bagai. tp aku pun ada pendapat dan fikiran aku sendiri. nasihat aku, jangan setakat baca abstract saja. kena tahu keseluruhan cerita. baru lah boleh analisis maklumat tu.

nak kata aku terikut2 guna produk ni? tak juga..... sbb lama gak aku try cari info dan baca sana baca sini tentang produk ni.... jd kalu nk kata aku bodoh lg, meh kita sama2 research pasal herbalife serta baca pasal produk ni dan sembang2. i don't mind.

memang ada org kata watdehel ko nk kurus makan produk ni.....? jaga makan dan senaman je dah le. kan senang.... bagi org yg kata tu, mungkin pd dia easy je mcm kacang. tp tak pada sesetengah org. org mcm aku ni tindakan dan motivasi agak slow. kalu nampak makanan sedap kat kantin tu (aku tiap ari makan free kat kantin), memang payah nak tolak @ kontrol portion. jd solution nye amik produk ni. tak perlu berlapar tp still makan nasi walaupun sekali sehari....

kadang2 ada gak org bg nasihat (bos aku le), dia kata mahal produk ni. tak perlu amik. mkn buah je untuk replace 2 meal tu.... tp mkn buah je tak kenyang sangat. aku still akan amik snack yg entah berapa kalori tu.... dan buah pulak ada bukan kategori buah yg sihat. mcm nangka, durian tu a no no no tahu tak... ada gak nutritionis yg cakap buah mata kucing, laici, anggur, pisang pun tak berapa elok kalu makan banyak masa kita nak berdiet.... er? betul ke tak aku tak tahu... aku tak penah nak cari proof. jd as an alternatif aku amik produk ni je. so far so good.

cakap betul, aku memang tak workout (langsung). keja aku tiap ari duk depan komputer dari kul 8 pg sampai kul 7-8 mlm. kdg2 mcm sekarang dah kat umah pun masih duk depan komputer sampai kul 1 pg. so, defenately aku tak exercise. aku ni memang pemalas? ye, aku akui... sbb tu aku slow cket loose weight. at least ada reduce and not increase kan? kan? kan?

jd as alternatif aku amik produk ni je. so far so good. tp satu je silap aku.... lupa nk wt full body check-up sblm start amik produk ni (to-do-list bulan depan wajib buat check-up ni). at least after 1 year aku boleh wt check sekali lg untuk membangkang atau menyokong teori aidib tu (wat masa ni aku anggap tu teori @ hipotesis sahaja), sbb aku nk tgk result dan conclusion nye depan mata. well, ada researcher yg wat ujikaji pd diri diaorg sendiri untuk kebaikan org lain.... anggap le aku mcm tu (lab rat???). hahahahahaa. at least bila aku ckp nanti aku ada proof la.... takde lah main cakap je kan..... (aku bet kalu si Aidid tau aku wt experiment pada diri aku ni, mesti dia kata aku ni bodoh gak, kan? kan? kan?) tp watdehel, lantak lah....

enough of that. selain tu sila baca gak ni:

how to take care your feet.....

wah3x, dh kata td nak pakai open toe heels kan, nak cantik.... so kaki dan kuku kaki kena lah jaga.... jgn muka je cantik, tp kaki berkerak.... tak guna jugak.....
kenapa penting nk kena jaga kaki?
our feet serve as an indicator of our overall hygiene...... some people saying that "take good care of your feet and they will take care of you"..... setuju tak???
hokey,
kt ni ada basic foot care tips untuk diguna pakai:
Check them daily
check foe any cuts, bruises and basically anything that should not be there (diseases???).
look at toenail and make sure they are clean and not infected. check also if the feet swollen.
senang je kan? tak amik masa lama pun....
Wash
wash them atleast daily. use warm water......
always wash your feet before going to bed.
if using any foot bath, follow the instruction carefully. eg: recommanded in the product no longer than 10mins of soaking feets in the bath coz if too long it may dry them and would cause them to crack.
trust me on this, i already experience it.... huhuuuuuu.... jd pecah2 kaki tau...
Cream @ moisturize
after washing, dry them. don't forget to dry between the toes. <---- penting ni tau
use cream that not contain alchohol.
not to cream between toes as this may contribute to sweating.
Dress
afterwards, put some confortable socks..... cotton preferable.
wear a shoes suit to the activity we are indulging.... jgn pulak nk p jogging ko pakai heels cik kiah semata2 nk nampak vougue, berpada2 lah....
Do's:
always cut your toenails straight across and make sure there are not too short. i fail on this.... selalu kerat kuku curve... bila nk straight dah rasa tak selesa dan rasa cam cengkam kuku....
indulge in a daily walk as it will improve blood circulation in feet.
keep feet clean and dry as often as possible.
if pair of shoes hurt your feet you need a different pair. <---- ops..... heels mcm ne lak ye?
Don'ts:
do not ignore pain in your foot.
do not wear same pair of shoes everyday.
ha, kalu kaki dah cantik, boleh la gayakan open toe heels ni dgn konfiden nye...... yes2... i like....

kalu tak kena lah pakai sock mcm ni........ em, tp okey gak lah... tak nampak weird pun... kalau pandai nampak bergaya juga ni tau....

myfitnesspal is my fitness pal

ececececeh, tajuk tu tak menahan.... mcm la dlm usaha nk mantop kan badan.... hahahaha....

guys and gurl, kalu ni 1st time korg dengar laman web ni, sila lah klik MYFITNESSPAL ni ye..... kalu korang dah penah guna laman web ni sejak zaman batu lagi (kirenye aku la yg ketinggalan zaman) sila skip post ni.... hehehehe
sbb apa, aku rasa web ni berguna tau untuk insan2 yg sedang menjaga berat badan, mahupun insan2 yg sedang dalam proses untuk menurunkan berat......
kenapa aku kata mcm ni ek? em, sebelum apa2, aku bukan nye tgk workout or exercise routine pun (ehehe, belum sampai tahap tu.... <----- malas sebenarnye), tp aku rasa web ni pun berguna untuk aku ketahui tentang makanan (in term of calorie counter).... so kita boleh la jaga2 cket...

apa? korg tak nak guna sbb kite org malaysia, mana makanan kita ni ada kalu nk check kalori kat web international ni?

hahahhaa, ada lah.... kalu tak caya korg try..... karipap, bihun goreng, nasi lemak.... semua ada....

jd bila nk makan sesuatu tu, kita boleh lihat, fikir, check, dan decide nk makan banyak mana.... kan?

kadang2 org tanya, penting ke kira kalori ni????
em, jawapan nye terpulang pada diri masing2....

kalu jenis insan yg berdisiplin tu, boleh control portion mungkin tak perlu guna ni.... tp jenis yg kuat nafsu makan cket ni, boleh le beringat2.... kalu makanan yg rendah kalori tu, nak makan banyak cket pun tak pe (tp jgn melantak okey, tu lain ye....). bila tgk yg high calories ni, takat rasa cket2 udah ler.... kan penting tu....

kalau kita punye Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) tu takat 2500 cal/day (dan asik duk saje atas kerusi depan komputer tiap ari <----- ini anda ke?), jangan le melantak sampai 3-4ribu kalori tiap ari.... memang bagai di pam2 le.... check your BMR here :P...... tapi kalu anda rajin2 membakar lemak itu, tidak mengapa lah, kerana anda membakar lebihan2 kalori yg telah anda ambil tadi..... sekian... hehehehe

(em, kena tunggu nak tgk gaji ujung bulan ni, harap2 ada increment). okey berbalik pada harga herbalife ni... my unofficial coach instructor ni kata, 1 botol F1 and F3 tu boleh habis 6 ari je. dem, 6 ari je? dalam masa 6 ari je duit RM170-214 hengget boleh lesap? double triple dem..... kecut perut aku dengar. so dlm masa sebulan paling koman aku kena spend RM700-900 hengget. walawei. banyak tu. okey, berbalik pada asas nye, secara am nye yg aku faham, produk kesihatan herbalife yg di consume untuk membantu menurunkan berat badan ada 3, iaitu F1, F3 dan tea mix. tak kisah la nk amik satu, dua atau ketiga2 sekali kan? tp kalu tiga2 lg lah eloks..... betul tak? tp tak tau nape si stella tu cakap 1 botol F1 dan F3 tu boleh habis 6 ari je.....? aku try la tanya pd Adieha (dia independent distributor gak), ada web page gak. tp aku baca dia kata boleh tahan 2 minggu....? konfius2 lah. nak beli ke tak nak beli ni????

2nd step to lose weight.

Weh.... lame aku tak hapdet pasal ni.... projek menurunkan berat badan aku ni terbengkalai mcm tu je (hangat2 tahi ayam je ari tu)...... so now, aku nk start sekali lg..... Bismillahirrahmanirahim..... mula2 sekali aku approach this person nama Stella Chua. Why her? sbb aku nampak dia cm ikhlas jek nak bantu aku ni or bantu sesiapa pun..... bukan semata2 dia nk org beli barang dr dia... so aku hantar la maklumat diri aku untuk dia analisis. aku cite tentang diri aku seperti yg di minta, body condition and drink & eating habits. oho.... tu la... aku ni cite la serba sikit pasal kondisi aku.... Stella pun bg la analisis... well, aku agree, setuju la dalam apa yg dia kata tu. my brain know it, but nafsu aku tak mau terima hakikat..... hwa........ Tiap problem dia siap bg solution tau...... aku pun rasa bagus jugak...... well, i follow la her advice.... Dia ada gak bg e-book untuk aku baca..... aku pun request harga produk herbalife tu..... jeng3x, this is the the price list...... humang aih mahal tau.... tp org kata, nak seribu daya. ye tak? kena mintak duit en. bee sikit ni..... kwa3x first sekali aku kena terima hakikat yg aku ni overweight. tp tak la sampai obes kan? kan? kan? dan tak mustahil kalau aku tak start sekarang, lemak2 tu akan melarat, beranak pinak dan berkembang di merata2 badanku..... takmo, takmo...... 18/2/2011 6.43pm: Dengan berat 76kg bg seorg yg tingginye cume 1.62m, ini diketegorikan sebagai overweight. korang pulak? hahahaha. p check sendiri. tanya pakcik gOOGLe ye. dgn habit yg suka minum soft drink dicampur dgn junk food & coklet sebagai snack, memang susah nk lose weight...... so, mulai hari ni aku dh berjanji nk jaga pemakanan (yg ni yakin boleh)dan juga buat sedikit senaman tiap ari (tp yg ni, errr mcm ada was2 cket).... ops tak boleh bg tau makcik stella tu, dia garang... hahaha, dan tak suka aku ckp perkataan TRY.... jadi i MUST/CAN do it..... 1 minggu dari sekarang aku akan timbang berat lg. tengok ada berkurang ke tak..... Langkah pertama: dah beli dah botol air untuk sukat minum air biasa sebanyak 3L sehari.... kena banyakkan minum plain water..... Langkah ke 2: makan sarapan cket je. Lunch ok boleh lg mcm biasa. dinner very light and before 8pm.... tak beli lg pun produk herbalife tu... mahal. tunggu gaji le. Langkah ke 3: clearkan almari dan peti ais dr segala junk food. Nk kene sedekah makanan ni pada budak2 ni... no more cadburry, farrero roche, toblerone, coke, sprite, F&N... hwa..... menangis air mata darah pun tak guna dah.... dan dh BERAZAM..... Langkah ke 4: avoid org2 yg nak sabotaj diet aku.... contoh pertama bos aku ni. suka sgt tayang junk food kt muka aku... ke-2 ni budak praktikal ni, dh tau aku nk diet, p tayang apollo free kt muka aku.... nanti kak tukang masak tu pulak sibuk wat makanan2 hebat untuk aku.... wallawei.... tak yah la nak jamu2 aku bagai..... hhmmmph.....

1st step: DETOX

Pg td timbang berat badan: 77.6kg..... huhuhuhuhu (T_T) amboi, dh tahap obes ni....
bayangkan lah tahun 2005 berat aku baru 48kg.....
2007 masa start keja kt cni berat baru 52kg.... selepas 3 tahun naik 25kg, hampeh3x.
jd aku pun berazam nk turunkan berat tu..... hehehe.

jd langkah pertama ialah detoxification.....

Hm..... kalu nk ikut kan ada mcm2 cara kita nk detox (buang toksin dari dalam badan). berpeluh & buang air tu pun salah satu natural detox.... tp kali ni aku nk kurangkan berat badan sikit (dalam 20kg, errr sikit ke tu?), jd first proses ni aku wt detox la dulu for the 1st week.
tp tak kan aku nk wt dialisis atau chelation therapy ? hahaha...
jd aku amalkan detox diet la..... mcm kawal pemakanan la, tp dem, susah beb. aku tak leh nk disiplin. jd minggu 1st ni aku try pakai detox foot patch jer la..... aku pakai kinohimitsu, tapi mahal nk mampus ler..... kena cari brand lain lak....
mula2 beli kt dalam facebook, tp mcm barang tak elok la, sbb habis cecair kt pelekat tu melekat kt cadar bila bangun pagi (selepas pakai 8 jam). em, terus tak order lg kt dia ni.....
cari punya cari jumpa dgn laman web ni, jenama jung gong. try lah beli sikit dulu. tp elok. jual sikit bagi kat org2 tua kt area ni gak, aku tak amik untung pun.... tp response dari diaorg pun elok gak.... hohohoho. dia punya ni memang berkualiti sikit dari yg lain.....
kalu korg nk try p la ke sini http://www.dnurboutique.blogspot.com/
harga memang mahal sikit dr org lain punye (tapi tak mahal sangat, beza dlm 20-30 sen jer), tp berbaloi2 dengan kualiti yg kita dapat tau.... nama produk dia D'putri Foot Patch.

okey, aku try detox badan ni dulu tgk ada perubahan tak dlm seminggu ni sebelum aku nk start 2nd step....
